Fuel gauge S terminal has a pink wire and runs to the fuel sender. Fuel gauge A terminal is the 12V side of the jumper/regulator strap.

Fuel gauge problem Hello jeep friends, I'm frustrated by a problem with the fuel gauge on my 97 2.5 TJ and am a bit stuck. When I bought the jeep a month ago, the fuel gauge would work until it was a little under half full, then the needle wouldn't move more and the low warning light would not come on either.
